Meet Our Ninja Trainer
Tavares Chambliss aka Neon Ninja has a martial arts background which began at five years of age. He participated in both track and football during his Wheeling High School days. Tavares has been a personal trainer for 15 years and is passionate about helping his clients not only obtain their personal goals but develop a love for fitness themselves. Part of Tavares's fitness journey led him to participate in two seasons of American Ninja Warrior as the Neon Ninja.
